Our Calcined Petroleum Coke is masterfully crafted by placing premium-quality raw "green" petroleum coke into rotary kilns. In these sophisticated kilns, the coke is subjected to meticulously controlled heating, reaching soaring temperatures between 1200
and 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 Fahrenheit). Under these intense conditions, excess moisture is effectively removed, all remaining hydrocarbons are thoroughly extracted,
and the crystalline structure is artfully modified. This transformation results in a denser, more electrically conductive product. In just a matter of hours,
our calcined petroleum coke is expertly cooled from a scorching 1350 degrees Celsius to a manageable below 200 degrees Celsius, allowing it to be safely handled and
conveniently transported to our storage silos, or directly placed into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels for immediate distribution.
----The primary applications of calcined petroleum coke are in the production of prebaked anodes and anode pastes for electrolytic aluminum, carbonizers within the carbon industry, graphite electrodes, industrial silicon smelting, and as efficient fuels.
