Introduction:
Calcium base grease is meticulously crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a superior calcium base grease formulation.
This premium lubricant is formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) Due to the formation of hydrates with calcium soap and water, calcium soap can only form highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil as hydrates. These hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, which is why calcium base grease gradually loses consistency above this temperature, limiting its operational temperature to generally no more than 60 ºC. Beyond this threshold, the grease softens, potentially losing its lubricating properties.
(2) The excellent water resistance of calcium base grease ensures it remains stable without emulsifying or degrading when in contact with water. This characteristic makes it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts subjected to wet environments or direct water exposure.
(3) With superior shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on action surfaces, even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) Boasting impressive pumping performance, calcium base grease benefits from its short fiber and low strength limit. When maintaining the same consistency using similar mineral oil,
calcium-based grease outperforms other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based, providing easier binding.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent choice. It is effectively used in lubricating rolling and sliding bearings within medium-speed, medium-load small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgical equipment, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
