Crafted through an intricate process, our Calcined Petroleum Coke is produced by placing premium-grade raw 'green' petroleum coke into rotary kilns. In these high-tech kilns, the material is subjected to soaring temperatures ranging from 1200
to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 Fahrenheit). These extreme conditions effectively eliminate excess moisture, fully extract any lingering hydrocarbons, and
meticulously alter the crystalline structure of the coke. The result is a denser, more electrically conductive product achieved in just hours.
Once calcined, the petroleum coke rapidly cools from a blistering 1350 degrees Celsius to a safe handling temperature below 200 degrees Celsius, allowing it to be safely
transported to storage silos or immediately shipped via containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
