Performance characteristics
(1) Due to the unique interaction between calcium soap and water, hydrates form, enabling calcium soap to develop highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil exclusively as hydrates. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze at about 100 ºC, leading to a decline in consistency above this temperature, thereby limiting the operational range of calcium base grease. Generally, it is recommended to maintain temperatures under 60 ºC; exceeding this threshold may result in the grease becoming soft or even ineffective, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water, making it an ideal lubricant for various mechanical components operating in wet environments or in contact with water.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease retains its position on surfaces even after disturbance, providing a sealing effect without being thrown off, thus ensuring continuous protection.
(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease excels in pumping efficiency. When formulated with the same mineral oil and consistency, it binds more easily compared to other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
