This premium Calcined Petroleum Coke is meticulously crafted by heating high-quality raw 'green' petroleum coke in rotary kilns. These kilns elevate the temperature to an impressive range of 1200 to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit).
At these high temperatures, the process efficiently removes excess moisture, extracts any remaining hydrocarbons, and
alters the crystalline structure of the coke. This transformation results in a denser, more electrically conductive product. Within a few hours,
the calcined petroleum coke is cooled from 1350 degrees Celsius to below 200 degrees Celsius, ensuring it is safe for handling and
ready for transport. It can be stored in silos or immediately shipped via containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
