Exceptional Performance Characteristics
(1) Marvel at the unique synergy between calcium soap and water, forming hydrates that create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, at approximately 100 ºC, the hydrates of calcium soap begin to hydrolyze, leading to a gradual decrease in consistency above this temperature. Consequently, the effective temperature range is confined to no more than 60 ºC. Beyond this point, the grease softens, potentially compromising lubrication quality.
(2) Boasting impressive water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components in wet or aquatic environments.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic constancy, calcium base grease remains steadfast on surfaces under motion, offering a sealing effect that prevents loss.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and minimal strength threshold, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance, surpassing other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based variants.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
