Calcium Base Grease This exceptional product is crafted with mineral lubricating oil that boasts a medium viscosity, uniquely thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. Calcium base grease is synthesized with attention to quality and efficiency.
It comprises mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Thanks to the remarkable interaction between calcium soap and water, hydrates are formed, which allow calcium soap to develop highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to break down at temperatures around 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to lose its consistency beyond this point. As such, it is typically ideal for use at temperatures below 60 ºC. Surpassing this limit may lead to the grease softening or even being lost, thus compromising lubrication.
(2) The grease exhibits excellent water resistance, maintaining its integrity without emulsifying or deteriorating when exposed to water. It is suitable for lubricating various mechanical components operating in wet environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease remains steadfast on the action surface even after being agitated, providing a protective sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) Due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease offers excellent pumping performance. It binds more easily than other soap-based greases such as sodium or aluminum-based varieties when maintaining the same mineral oil and consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
