Calcium Base Grease Crafted with precision, our Calcium Base Grease is formulated using medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap.
Sourced from high-quality mineral oil, this grease is thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique ability of calcium soap to form hydrates with water allows it to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, enhancing lubrication properties. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, which can cause the grease to soften or break down, thus limiting its effective operating temperature to below 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature may lead to a loss of lubrication efficiency.
(2) Renowned for its outstanding water resistance, Calcium Base Grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate, making it ideal for lubricating components exposed to wet environments or water contact.
(3) This grease boasts excellent shearing and thixotropic stability. It remains on surfaces even after agitation, providing a sealing effect without being thrown off, ensuring continued lubrication efficiency.
(4) With its short fiber and low strength limit, Calcium Base Grease offers exceptional pumping performance. Compared to other soap-based greases, it binds more efficiently when using equivalent mineral oil and consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
