Our Calcined Petroleum Coke is meticulously crafted by heating high-grade raw 'green' petroleum coke in state-of-the-art rotary kilns to temperatures ranging between 1200
and 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 Fahrenheit). These extreme temperatures effectively eliminate excess moisture, strip away any residual hydrocarbons and
enhance the crystalline structure of the coke. This results in a superior, denser product with increased electrical conductivity. Within hours,
the calcined petroleum coke is cooled from 1350 degrees Celsius to below 200 degrees Celsius, making it safe for handling and
ready for transport to storage silos, or directly into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
