Introduction:

Calcium Base Grease Our premium calcium base grease is crafted meticulously using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened by the natural fatty acid calcium soap. This results in a highly effective synthetic blend, ensuring exceptional performance.
Formulated with precision, this superior grease combines mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, delivering unmatched reliability.
Performance Characteristics

(1) Uniquely engineered, the calcium soap in our grease forms a hydrate with water, enabling the formation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. The hydrate decomposes around 100 ºC, which explains why our calcium base grease gradually loses its consistency above this temperature. Thus, it is ideally suited for conditions not exceeding 60 ºC, beyond which the grease may soften or fail, potentially compromising lubrication.

(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, our calcium base grease resists emulsification, maintaining its integrity even in moist or water-exposed environments. It is perfect for lubricating various mechanical parts in wet conditions.

(3) With superior shearing stability and thixotropy, our calcium base grease maintains its presence on operational surfaces despite agitation, providing a sealing effect and ensuring no splash or throw-off.

(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, our calcium base grease showcases outstanding pumping performance. When paired with the same mineral oil and consistency, it binds more effectively than other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
