Calcium Base Grease Our premium calcium base grease is expertly crafted using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. This synthesis process ensures a robust, high-performance grease.
It features mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enhanced with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, to deliver superior lubrication.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water forms hydrates, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates break down at approximately 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose consistency beyond this temperature, hence its recommended operational limit is 60 ºC. Exceeding this threshold may cause the grease to soften or deplete, compromising lubrication.
(2) With remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation, even amidst water exposure. It excels in lubricating mechanical parts in moist environments or where water contact occurs.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shear and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its presence on active surfaces, providing a sealing effect that prevents it from being displaced during operation.
(4) Due to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers superior pumping performance. When produced with identical mineral oil and
consistency, it binds more effectively than other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based options.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored choice for its versatile lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings at medium speeds and loads in small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and various industrial machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
