Formulated with medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, this sophisticated grease is thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique properties of calcium soap allow it to form hydrates with water, essential for creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates break down at around 100 ºC, causing the grease to soften beyond this limit. Thus, calcium base grease is optimally used at temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC to ensure consistent lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease defies emulsification and degradation even in watery environments, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical parts exposed to moisture.
(3) Exhibiting superior shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease maintains its presence on operational surfaces, delivering a sealing effect without loss through centrifugal forces.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts impressive pumping performance. Compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based variants,
it offers easier binding, particularly at consistent viscosity levels.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
