Calcium Base Grease Crafted with precision, our calcium base grease is a superior blend of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by the natural fatty acid calcium soap. This synthesis results in a robust and versatile grease.
Our formulation features mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring high performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique nature of calcium soap forming hydrates ensures only in this form can it develop highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. Notably, these hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, explaining why calcium base grease tends to lose consistency above this temperature. This attributes to its recommended operating range of below 60 ºC. Beyond this, it may soften or be lost entirely, thus compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable without emulsifying or degrading when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubrication in wet environments or where water contact occurs.
(3) With impressive shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease maintains its position on action surfaces, ensuring a sealing effect and preventing displacement even after agitation.
(4) The grease's superior pumping performance stems from its short fiber structure and low strength limit, making it more manageable compared to other soap-based greases.
When matched for mineral oil and consistency, our calcium-based grease binds more effectively than sodium or aluminum-based alternatives, offering ease of use.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a global favorite. Its application spans rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load machinery such as motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

Factory
1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
