Our exceptional Calcined Petroleum Coke is crafted from premium-quality raw 'green' petroleum coke. Through an intricate process, it is introduced to rotary kilns, where it undergoes a transformative journey at soaring temperatures ranging between 1200°C
and 1350°C (2192°F to 2460°F). These intense heat levels meticulously eliminate surplus moisture and extract any residual hydrocarbons,
while altering the coke's crystalline structure. This results in a product that is not only denser but also exhibits superior electrical conductivity. Within mere hours,
the calcined petroleum coke cools swiftly from 1350°C to below 200°C, ensuring it is perfectly safe for handling and
ideal for transportation. It is then efficiently moved into storage silos or directly dispatched into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
----The predominant applications of our calcined petroleum coke are in the creation of prebaked anodes and anode pastes for electrolytic aluminum production, carbonizers essential for the carbon industry, graphite electrodes, smelting industrial silicon, and as a fuel source.
