Crafted through an intricate process, our Calcined Petroleum Coke emerges from premium-quality raw 'green' petroleum coke, which is meticulously placed into state-of-the-art rotary kilns. These kilns are engineered to achieve precise heating, reaching impressive temperatures between 1200

to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). At these elevated temperatures, excess moisture is expertly expelled, while all residual hydrocarbons are thoroughly extracted, and

the crystalline structure of the coke is finely modified. This transformation results in a product that is not only denser but also exhibits superior electrical conductivity. In mere hours,

our Calcined Petroleum Coke is expertly cooled from a scorching 1350 degrees C to a manageable less than 200 degrees C, ensuring it can be safely handled and

transported seamlessly to storage silos or directly dispatched into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels, ready for distribution.
