CPCCalcined Petroleum Coke Crafted meticulously by placing premium-grade raw 'green' petroleum coke into specially designed rotary kilns, where it undergoes an intense heating process
reaching temperatures between 1200 to 1350 degrees Celsius (219
2 to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit). This high-temperature environment effectively eliminates excess moisture, expels any remaining hydrocarbons, and transforms the crystalline structure of the coke, producing a denser, more electrically conductive material. Within hours, calcined petroleum coke is rapidly cooled from 1350 degrees Celsius to below 200 degrees Celsius, making it safe for handling and transportation. It is then transferred to storage silos or shipped directly via containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
