to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F), this precision process ensures the meticulous removal of excess moisture and the complete extraction of all remaining hydrocarbons.
Moreover, it significantly alters the crystalline structure of the coke, transforming it into a product that is remarkably denser and significantly more electrically conductive. This transformation occurs within hours, underscoring the efficiency of our process.
Post-treatment, the calcined petroleum coke experiences rapid cooling from 1350 degrees C to below 200 degrees C. This ensures it is ready for safe handling and
transportation to various destinations, whether it be storage silos or directly into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels for immediate dispatch.
