Calcium Base Grease Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, elegantly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, our calcium base grease is synthesized to perfection.
This remarkable grease also incorporates synthetic fatty acid calcium soap with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, ensuring superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) With the ability to form hydrates in conjunction with calcium soap, only as hydrates can these soaps develop into finely dispersed fibers within mineral oil. Notably, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis at approximately 100 ºC. This phenomenon accounts for the gradual decrease in consistency of the grease above 100 ºC, consequently restricting the operational temperature to typically no more than 60 ºC. Exceeding this threshold may cause the grease to soften or dissipate, thereby compromising effective lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. It is ideally suited for lubricating a wide range of mechanical components in moist environments or those in contact with water.
(3) This grease exhibits excellent shearing stability alongside thixotropy stability. Upon agitation and subsequent rest, it retains its presence on the operating surface, providing an effective sealing function without displacement.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber configuration and low strength threshold, calcium base grease boasts impressive pumping performance. When utilizing the same mineral oil and
achieving similar consistency, it outperforms other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based variants, in terms of cohesion and application ease.
Despite being an established product since the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be a globally favored choice for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings across medium-speed and load applications in diverse machinery, including motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile equipment.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
