Calcium base grease Crafted meticulously from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, this calcium base grease is enriched with the superior thickening of natural fatty acid calcium soap, and thereby synthesized for enhanced performance.
The formulation is further perfected with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, offering a refined composition that maintains excellence in lubrication.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique bonding of calcium soap with water results in the formation of hydrates, which are essential for creating highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. At elevated temperatures of around 100 ºC, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis, causing a gradual decrease in grease consistency beyond this threshold. The optimal operational temperature typically does not surpass 60 ºC. Surpassing this limit may lead to the softening or complete loss of the grease, thereby compromising lubrication efficacy.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease maintains its integrity without emulsifying or deteriorating, even in wet environments or when exposed to water. It stands as an ideal choice for lubricating various mechanical components that operate in humid conditions or in direct contact with water.
(3) With remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease ensures sustained adherence to operational surfaces, even after agitation. It delivers a sealing effect and remains steadfast without being cast off, providing reliable performance in dynamic conditions.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. When matched with the same mineral oil and consistency as other soap-based greases, it binds more effectively, outperforming alternatives such as sodium-based or aluminum-based greases.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
