This exceptional grease is developed using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for unparalleled performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The remarkable capacity of calcium soap to form hydrates with water allows it to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, at approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis, leading to a gradual decrease in grease consistency. Consequently, the optimal operational temperature for calcium base grease is generally capped at 60 ºC to ensure effective lubrication, avoiding the risk of the grease softening or losing integrity at higher temperatures.
(2) Known for its superior water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation, even when exposed to water. This makes it an ideal choice for lubricating various mechanical components operating in moist or water-contact environments.
(3) The grease exhibits outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, maintaining its presence on active surfaces despite agitation, while delivering a sealing effect that prevents dispersal.
(4) The grease offers excellent pumping performance due to its short fiber composition and low strength limit, making it more easily workable compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based varieties.
With consistent composition using the same mineral oil, calcium-based grease achieves seamless binding, surpassing other grease varieties in efficiency and ease of use.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred choice today. It is expertly utilized for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings at medium speeds and loads, across diverse applications such as small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and various industrial machinery including metallurgy and textile equipment.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
