Calcium Base Grease Crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, calcium base grease is synthesized to meet industrial standards.
This remarkable product is engineered from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring high performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The synergy between calcium soap and water forms hydrates that facilitate the creation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin hydrolyzing at approximately 100 ºC, resulting in a gradual loss of consistency beyond this temperature, thus limiting the effective range to below 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold may cause the grease to soften or deplete, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) With outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components exposed to moist conditions or water contact.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing stability and thixotropy, this grease maintains a firm grip on surfaces even when agitated, ensuring a sealing effect that prevents splatter.
(4) The short fiber and low strength limit of calcium base grease enhance its pumping performance, making it more cohesive compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum varieties.
When formulated to the same consistency using identical mineral oil, calcium-based grease demonstrates superior binding properties compared to alternatives like sodium-based or aluminum-based greases.
Despite being an enduring product since the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally popular for lubricating medium-speed, medium-load rolling and sliding bearings. Applicable in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and in sectors like metallurgy and textile machinery.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
