Crafted from premium mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to achieve exceptional quality.
Performance Characteristics
(1) When calcium soap combines with water, it forms hydrates which allow it to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose consistency above this temperature, restricting its use to environments under 60 ºC to maintain effective lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable and does not emulsify when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy, the grease adheres to surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a reliable seal and staying in place without being dislodged.
(4) With superior pumping performance due to its short-fiber composition and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers unparalleled binding efficiency, surpassing its sodium-based or aluminum-based counterparts.
Its ease of binding makes calcium-based grease stand out among other soap-based greases, providing consistent performance even with comparable mineral oil and consistency.
Despite its historic origins from the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a global favorite for lubricating medium-speed and load-bearing rolling and sliding bearings in motors, pumps, tractors, automobiles, and a range of industrial machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
