Description: These superior electrodes are the powerhouse of electric arc furnaces, primarily used in steel production. They are meticulously manufactured from petroleum coke, blended with petroleum pitch, expertly extruded and shaped, then baked to achieve sintering, and finally graphitized by being exposed to temperatures exceeding 3000 °C. This transformation converts carbon into graphite, ensuring optimal electrical performance. Available in an impressive range of sizes, they can extend up to 11 feet in length and reach 30 inches in diameter, accommodating diverse industrial requirements..
