Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Calcium base grease is crafted using mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, masterfully thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a synthesized calcium base grease.
Elegantly formulated, it is composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, innovatively thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unique in its formulation, calcium soap forms hydrates with water, allowing for the creation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil exclusively in hydrate form. Upon hydrolysis, occurring around 100 ºC, calcium soap hydrates dissolve, leading to a decrement in the calcium base grease's consistency beyond 100 ºC. This defines the operational temperature ceiling of calcium base grease, typically limited to 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature softens or compromises the grease, thereby risking lubrication effectiveness.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even in aqueous environments. It offers reliable lubrication for diverse mechanical elements operating in moist conditions or in direct contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting admirable shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on operational surfaces even after agitation, delivering a sealing effect without dispersion.
(4) With superior pumping performance, calcium base grease is defined by its short fiber and minimal strength threshold. Utilizing identical mineral oil and
achieving comparable consistency, calcium-based grease binds more effectively than alternative soap-based greases, such as sodium- or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite its historical origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored choice today. It is ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery working under medium speeds and loads.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
